Guidelines

Pre and Post Session Guidelines:

Before the session:

-Drink at least two litres of water before the session. This reduces the stress on your body caused by dehydration and, in the case of The LifeLine Technique™, improves the efficacy of muscle testing during the session.

-Ensure that you have a good night’s sleep before the session – eight hours is ideal.

-Decrease or eliminate the consumption of caffeine, sugar and nicotine.

-Avoid alcohol consumption.

After the session:

-Continue to treat yourself with two to three litres of water. This will aid in flushing toxins from your body and thus promote healing.

-Record any emotions, insights or feelings that arise. If you don’t keep a journal, this is an ideal time to start one.

-You may experience emotional shifts or physical symptoms. Be aware that this is part of the process of deep shifts occurring at a mind/body spirit level and contact me if you have any questions.

-Be compassionate towards yourself and get plenty of rest.
